Discuss the importance of self love. If either of you experience low self esteem, talk about it. Make goals to show love to yourself every day. Encourage each other to stop using self-debasement and to replace it with positive words.
Play an intellectual game together, such as chess, checkers, scrabble, etc.
- Without placing any blame, discuss a burden you each feel. Brainstorm ways that you can help each other lighten the burdens.
